Lemmy&Binky Softography
In association with Sci-Fi Channel and Sky One, Lemmy&Binky took on the challenge of realising the world of Battlestar Galactica as a video game for the first time. Our first indie title, we wanted to make our mark on the industry-and we did.
After many motion capture sessions with Edward James Olmos, and over three years in the making, our first venture into the indie scene was released with a bang.
Described as “the most enthralling and technically astounding gaming experience to date” by Doom creator John Romero, a game that “puts you face-first into the Battlestar universe for the first time; one of the best TV license games ever made” according to Peter Molyneux. We are proud to present Admiral Adama’s Stareout Challenge, the demo of which can be played below:
After the resounding success and huge sales figures across the interweb, Lemmy&Binky set out to top their first smash-hit. “The difficult second album” was our own brand new concept which we had been developing over several years before Adama Stareout, the game that we predicted, quite rightly, would change the way games were played forever. Breaking the mould of games like no other before it, with its unique use of music and synthesized speech, and addictive “one more go” gameplay, Click the Spot hit the interweb like a bull with a hammer, wrapped in guns. The fans of Adama couldn’t believe their luck. Now you can play the demo, right here, right now! You lucky people:
Following the world-wide phenomenon of Click the Spot, Lemmy&Binky have reached the pinnacle of our careers. Doomed to live in the shadow of past glories, we cannot hope to top or even match our past achievements. So instead, here’s something else we’re cobbling together. It’s called The Forgotten Elephant, or something.
